Refunds and returns

Calia. Art is a print-on-demand platform, meaning that all products are custom-made and produced only after an order is placed. Due to this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in cases where a customer changes their mind about a purchase.

Damaged or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please get in touch with us on contact@calia.art within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A photo of the barcode label on the packaging

  • Calia.Art Order ID

Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Cases where refunds or reprints are not available

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in cases where:

  • The wrong size, color, or artwork was ordered.

  • The customer has changed their mind after receiving the item.

  • The print placement falls within normal production tolerances.
